ISSUE REPORTING

Some examples of issues are: leaking fixtures, tripping hazards, injuries and property damage.

Documenting and reporting issues as soon as they are identified is everyone’s responsibility. Promptly addressing issues helps reduce our risks. Issues can be documented on porter logs and in Lighthouse. All issues should be brought to the attention of the store manager, your supervisor and Account Manager.
