CUSTOMER INCIDENTS
Occasionally customers (people shopping in the store) slip, trip or fall because of a spill, recent mopping of the floor or other hazards that have not yet been removed. The following are ways we can try to reduce slip and falls.

Follow the scope of work and ensure Porter Logs or Lighthouse Reporting are being completed.

Respond to requests for spill clean ups.

Report hazards found in on site to the Store Manager on shift.

Report Spills and Safety & Maintenance Issues using the Lighthouse app

Always use Caution Signs (Wet Floor Signs) at the entrances, in the washrooms and where spills have been found, during and after mopping.
