HOW TO COMPLETE: LIGHTHOUSE WASHROOM TASK FORM

– Log into Lighthouse – Click the blue circle at the bottom right of the page – Tap the Tasks option from menu – Search for Walmart Washroom Porter Tasks, select it from the bottom list – Location – Tap on this line and search for the Walmart location you are in – Tap this line and select the washroom in which you are reporting tasks for

CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL

Step 1 – Is the area dry, clean, free of litter, debris and hazards? Select an answer from below

  • No

If No, indicate condition in box below (Maintenance/Safety issues are to be reported to store manager)

Step 2 – Submit a photo of area upon arrival
