Insurance
One method of controlling risk is for all parties to have the proper insurance in place.
Owner Operators are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance to Scandinavian Building Services upon entering into contract with Scandinavian Building Services and yearly upon the renewal of their insurance policy. Refer to the Master Services Agreement for more information on the requirements.
Having the proper insurance policy and limits in place can reduce the risk of paying for claims and legal costs out of pocket. If you have further questions about this, please speak to your insurance broker.
