REVIEW CONTROLS

Reviewing our controls is examining and monitoring the processes we have. It also means adjusting them as needed.

The Risk Department at Scandinavian Building Services continuously reviews our process. We will update our forms and processes to ensure the best and most efficient methods are being utilized.

We are here to inform, coach and support our all of operations teams across the country.  

Examples of Controls are:

Porter Logs and Sign In & Out Sheets are reviewed for compliance and inconsistencies. All of these documents are filed and saved.

Lighthouse Spill Reports, Entrance and Washroom Tasks and Safety/Maintenance Issue reports are reviewed and saved.

When a customer injury claim is received, we review these forms and documents to determine if proper processes were followed as this helps determine liability.
