LIGHTHOUSE TASK REPORTING
Reporting is done to document daily activity and what has happened throughout your shift. This information is gathered and reviewed to maintain accurate information on day-to-day activities.
Many customer incidents occur near the store entrances and inside public washrooms. Entrance and Washroom Task forms capture detailed information on the time these areas are cleaned and include photographs to document the condition of the floor before and after cleaning. They are used as evidence when there is a customer claim.
