IDENTIFYING RISK

What risks does our business face? Two common types of Risks Scandinavian Building Services and Owner Operators cleaners have are Customer Incidents and Property Damage.

Customer Injury

When a customer slips, trips, falls or has another type of incident while shopping in the store we are cleaning in, sometimes the customer is injured and makes a claim for compensation.

Example: A spill is recently mopped and the floor is wet. A customer walks over the wet area and slips and falls because the floor is still wet and slippery.

Property Damage

When our clients property is damaged and they request the damaged item(s) or repairs to be paid for.

Example: A cleaner is operating an auto scrubber and hits the wall causing damage.
